Standard Procedures With Lots Of Options:  Each building has different cleaning needs, depending on the traffic flow as illustrated above. While our cleaning tasks are standardized, the frequency and the level of detail vary from customer to customer, depending on needs. In general they include:

• Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard surface floors

• Emptying the trash and replacing liners
• Sanitizing restrooms, cleaning fixtures and mirrors, restocking paper products, soap, etc.

• Cleaning and disinfecting water fountains
